Spring Cheese: Flowers & Goat Cheese
One of my favorite parts of food styling is using seasonally relevant garnishes. In this case we are using some dried florals that I bought on amazon to spice up some goat cheese.

Things you'll need:
1 4 oz log of goat cheese (maybe try regular or a honey goat)
1 bag of spring flower mix - we will use about 2 tbsp for the log
Knife
Plastic gloves (to avoid a mess)
Cutting board
Directions:
Remove the goat cheese from the package carefully (if it's too soft try sticking it in the freezer for 5 minutes)
Cut the log into equal parts (I cut into 4 - 1 oz portions)
Roll them into smooth round balls
Pour the 2 tbsp of dried flowers into a bowl
Roll and press the flowers into the goat cheese rounds
Enjoy and plate on your cheese board!
